I signed up to try it out. It didn't work. Now they keep tapping my bank account. I haven't used it. I wish I knew about the reviews beforehand
I ask Shopify to put extra security on my account after I receive high risk orders and they end up closing my account. I ask their support for help on what to do, and nothing gets done. Such a headache experience, would not advise.
The platform ended up being more expensive than expected, with monthly subscriptions, app costs, and themes combined.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have been locked out of my business store while Shopify's identity verification process through Stripe drags on with no resolution from 21 days (!!!).
