Notion

I like Notion because it's where I run my business notes and systems. I can make a page for every project and build flexible databases to track tasks, notes, and decisions in one place, instead of spreading everything across different apps.

Best in class for complex records of things but became very complicated to use over-time.

I like how easily I can keep discussions next to the work. Comment threads on pages and individual blocks mean feedback on a project doc stays with the section it's about, instead of getting lost in chat or email.

The learning curve can be quite steep for new users, and the desktop application sometimes feels sluggish when loading large, data-heavy databases. Additionally, the lack of a robust, fully functional offline mode makes it difficult to work reliably without a stable internet connection.

I use Notion for almost everything: managing projects, organizing my life, keeping calendars and clients, and storing my knowledge. What I have in mind, I bring down to Notion and write or transcribe it; that helps me put it in order.

确实好用，个人没见过 UI 和交互比它做的很好的 web 应用。

notion 如果有顺畅的网络环境确实是很好用的

太慢了，打开个 page 要半天。

Notion became my default wiki/PM. Databases + relations + filtered views give me a lightweight CRM/roadmap without fighting a spreadsheet.

Notion 给我的使用体验是最稳定的。这个稳定不是说软件不崩溃、性能够平滑，而是它不会给我预期之外的操作结果。
